Lindsey Lathrop (she/her) is a Durham, NC-based certified coach, gender equity consultant, speaker, entrepreneur, and top 100 global #IamRemarkable Google facilitator. Lindsey’s coaching guides women to define career and life success on their own terms. She teaches them to work smarter, not harder by building negotiation and self-promotion skills.

Her passion for equity and inclusion led her to co-found a consultancy called Genclusive to help business leaders explore their biases and shape psychologically safe workplace cultures. When she’s not coaching or consulting, she’s flipping furniture, growing veggies, and getting pulled along on trails by her dog.
