Natalie Micale

Executive Coach for Career Fulfillment, Natalie Micale Coaching

Natalie Micale is a professional executive coach, leadership expert, and communication consultant. With over 20 years of experience as a leader, manager, and executive in the healthcare and government sectors, she has seen first-hand the gender and racial disparity between those who perform the vital work of patient care, and those who make the decisions about how that care is delivered. Motivated by her desire to find effective solutions to these inequalities, she became deeply involved in the creation and facilitation of personal and professional employee development programs in healthcare institutions.

As an executive coach for women in leadership, she now guides women in all industries through the process of discovering their authentic leadership style, developing unshakable confidence in themselves, and communicating their own powerful leadership messages with honesty, authority, and respect.

Natalie has a master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, trained through the College of Executive Coaching, and is a Certified Professional Career Coach. A native of Metro Detroit, Natalie now lives in Asheville, NC with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Chloe, and their two rescue pups, Violet and Oliver.
