Zovig Garboushian is an executive coach, organizational consultant, speaker and trainer. Prior to coaching, Zovig spent 13 years in advertising and marketing in New York City creating brand experiences in print, online, and in real life and oversaw $10M+ in marketing budgets, nationally. In 2013, she transitioned into career and professional development leading e-learning and training programs at a niche career brand, Mediabistro, while voraciously developing herself behind the scenes through leadership programs, coach training, communication programs, and yoga certification.

In 2018 she left New York and moved to Seattle where she consulted with the area’s top tech and healthcare companies to help them train their employees and navigate big change.

A year later, she launched Boldness Ablaze Coaching leveraging 2+ decades of professional and personal development, certifications, and training to coach leaders, especially women leaders break ceilings and build their awareness and consciousness in the workplace.

As a consultant, she partners with companies to train their teams and help them strategically plan for and execute big changes. As a speaker, Zovig regularly gives talks and hosts webinars to business groups to help entrepreneurs and founders take charge of their success.

She’s worked with leaders at Verizon, University of Delaware, Microsoft, Chevron, Planned Parenthood, Google, Starbucks, Premera BlueCross, and Accenture, plus countless small business owners and consultants to learn to tap into their inner fire, leverage their voices, and maximize their influence at work.

She is a certified coach (CPC, ACC), a Prosci Certified Change Expert, Transitions Expert, and certified in both the Energy Leadership Index and Narrative Big Five personality assessments.

Born and raised in California where she graduated with a BA in Psychology, she lived in New York for 17 years and lives in Woodinville, WA with her husband and two dogs.
